IT User Support Technician

This Technical Diploma is designed to give the student the skills necessary to support the computer users and their computers. Student will be able to manage, configure and troubleshoot common computer hardware and software issues, configure and troubleshoot network access, and develop customer service skills. This diploma will prepare the student for the CompTIA A+ certification, exams 220-801 and 220-802.
A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.
